It's OK was created to provide a service for anybody who's not feeling OK and might benefit from a chat.

Your Data

Chats are held temporarily in the current page while you use It's OK. They are not written to our server, a database, cookies, local storage, or any other storage on your device. Messages are sent to OpenAI to generate each reply, with response storage disabled.

Approximate Location and Language

On a deployed site, our hosting provider may derive an approximate city and country from your request's IP address. We use that approximate location only in the current chat request, together with your browser language when needed, so replies can use your likely local language and make locally relevant support suggestions. It's OK does not add your raw IP address or precise coordinates to the AI prompt, and does not log or store the location or language it uses.

Deleting Your Data

Use the refresh icon, reload the page, close the tab, or navigate away. The current chat will be gone because no chat history is persisted.

Your Rights

We do not persist chat history, so there is no account history for us to erase or export. If you have any feedback please contact us at hello@itsok.ai.
